| Cancelation Policy |

Reservation made during January 6th - July 31th and September 1st - December 23th is Low Season will have cut of date 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, any cancellation will be charged at 1 night/villa/ reservation.

Reservation made during August 1st - August 31th and December 24th January 5th is High Season will have cut of date 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival, any cancellation will be charged at 1 night/villa/ reservation.
